No. Any amount you want to order will be accepted.
I don't understand your Discount/Wholesale Pricing.
Most of the items in our on-line catalog are priced at retail with generous discounts for quantity purchases. For instance, if you buy one clasp you may pay $0.40 per clasp, but if you get 100 you only pay $0.19 per clasp. That's a 52% discount, which we consider wholesale.
Are there deeper wholesale discounts than the ones listed on these pages?
If you need large quantities of any of our products, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you with special orders and bulk pricing.
Why do I need a password/login when checking out?
By signing in with a password/login, you can save time on future orders because your shipping and billing information is saved. We do not save your credit card information for security purposes. We only save addresses of customers who make purchases and none of the addresses collected will ever be distributed to outside mailing lists.
How can I find out my actual shipping costs?
Shipping costs listed are approximate minimums based on the method of shipping chosen and the amount of the order (affects insurance costs). Most bead and jewelry orders are quite small and are inexpensive to ship (typically $7-8 for US Priority Mail, Insured). If the shipping costs exceed the minimum shown, you will be charged actual costs. If you have concerns about shipping charges, let us know by e-mail and we will notify you of the actual costs. We will hold your order until we get your approval.
Is my credit card charged as soon as I submit my order?
No, we wait to charge your card until final invoicing. Final charges will reflect any discounts, backorders, unavailable items, and shipping costs.
How soon will I get my package?
In the US and its territories, we usually ship US Priority Mail which offers an estimated delivery time of 2-6 days. Shipping time is not guaranteed but we have found that the US Postal Service is very prompt and reliable. If you are in California, most likely it will be there in 1-2 days. If you are in Vermont, it might take 4 or 5.
US Express Mail is another option which is a guaranteed delivery in 2 days.
You can also choose UPS 2nd Day Air as an option which is guaranteed in 2 days anywhere in the US. However, keep in mind that they do not work on Saturdays, so orders placed on a Friday will not arrive until Wednesday at the soonest, even with 2nd Day Air.
What if the items I ordered are not what I expected?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with all orders as long as the conditions for return are met. If you need to return something, please call or e-mail us for authorization. Please make any returns within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in its original condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice as well as a note explaining the return. We will apply a 15% restocking fee for any merchandise returned after 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 45 days. All sales are considered final for items purchased at a SALE price and cannot be returned. (Excluding the ongoing sale of silver beads at 35% off. These beads can be returned if not satisfied).
I live out of the country. What are my shipping options and how can I find out the costs?
Most of our international shipments go out via International Express Mail. It depends on the destination country, but charges can range from US$12 and up depending on the size of the order.
For CANADA and JAPAN, or by special request we also ship US Global Priority which starts at US$10.50. It is important to note that, while this is a very affordable option, it is not insured and we will not replace undelivered packages sent this way.
Most international shipping times are not guaranteed, but generally reliable. If the customs office in your country is particularly curious, delivery time could be delayed beyond the quoted estimate. Also please be aware that there are usually tarrifs, taxes, and/or fees associated with international shipments. We have no control over these additional charges as they are imposed by the receiving country.
Are all your prices shown in US Dollars?
Yes, and all payments must be made in US$ as well. Credit cards or Paypal make this very easy.
