There is no minimum order requirement.
Ordering: You can place orders by using our shopping cart program. You can access your cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" tab at the top of the page. Most pages also show your running cart total in the upper left of the screen. You may view your cart from there as well.. Just follow instructions when you are ready to check out.
Payments can be made on line through our secure server, or by phone. Phone orders can be placed during open hours.Call toll free: 1-888-724-2097.
When ordering through the Shopping Cart,you will receive an automatically generated invoice in your e-mail. This invoice is merely temporary and may differ from the final invoice. Final invoicing reflects any unusual discounts, unavailable items, and actual shipping costs. Your credit card will be charged at time of shipping to reflect actual costs.
Payment Methods: You can pay by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express, or Paypal. No CODs please.
We do not offer terms to individuals or businesses.
Shipping Methods: We try to get your order out within one business day of receipt. We usually ship by US Priority Mail, but UPS, FedEx and US Express are available for express. Shipping times and charges listed are approximate. Your order form will display the minimum shipping charge for your delivery area. You will be charged the actual cost of shipping when costs exceed the minimum. We will try to notify you if the charges are exceptionally higher than estimated or if another method would be cheaper and faster.
Backorders: Merchandise which is temporarily unavailable may or may not be backordered. We will inform you of any backorder status if necessary. Shipping charges are waived when backorders are sent. Please allow for minor substitutions; all merchandise can be returned if not satisfactory.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with all orders as long as the conditions for return are met.
Returns: If you need to return something, please call or e-mail us for authorization. Please make any returns within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in its original condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice as well as a letter explaining the return. We will apply a 15% restocking fee for any merchandise returned after 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 45 days. All sales are considered final for items purchased at a SALE price and cannot be returned.
Claims: Shortages and damages must be reported within five days of receipt. Save your shipping paperwork until the matter is cleared up.
Prices are subject to change without notice although we will try to notify you before we ship if there are discrepancies.
Special Orders: We have much more merchandise than what we can show you here. If you're looking for something special and think we might have it, drop us a line and we'll try to assist you as best we can.
Wholesale Options: Most of our beads are listed with a substantial discount for quantity purchases. When you place your order, you will receive an invoice automatically that should correctly reflect the items you've chosen, but may not show the discount.
